Welcome to the Broken Bow Church of Christ
A loving congregation near Beavers Bend in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. We would be glad to have you worship with us this Sunday.
We simply want to be Christians
We believe that if we follow the pattern for the church that we find in the Bible, we too can simply be Christians — members of the same church we read about in the New Testament.
Our desire is to speak where the Bible speaks, and to remain silent where the Bible is silent. Rather than joining a denomination, we study Scripture to see how New Testament Christians worshipped and lived, and we seek to do the same today.

“We speak where the Bible speaks, and remain silent where the Bible is silent.”
How to Become a Christian
The New Testament lays out simple, deliberate steps by which a person answers the good news of Jesus Christ.
- 1
Hear
Romans 10:17No one can know what they must do to be saved unless they have first heard the words of salvation.
- 2
Believe
John 8:24We must believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and that He died for us.
- 3
Repent
Acts 17:30To repent is to turn away from sin, resolving with God's help to sin no more.
- 4
Confess
Romans 10:9-10We openly confess our faith — that Jesus is our Savior, that He is the Son of God.
- 5
Be Baptized
Acts 2:38Baptism is a full immersion in water, picturing the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus.
Why are there so many churches?
With so many churches to choose from, how do you know which one is right? This thoughtful 26-minute video from World Video Bible School explores where denominations came from and how to find the New Testament church described in Scripture.
We would love to know you
Whoever you are and wherever you are on your journey of faith, there is a place for you here.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.”
All of us struggle to trust God
God has given His children an avenue in which we might communicate with Him. Through prayer, we may thank the Lord for all of His blessings, praise Him for who He is, and petition Him for the desires of our heart.
If we can pray with you or study the Bible with you, we would count it a privilege. Reach out any time.
